So on sunday I almost got a Jaywalking ticket! Really......the cop stopped me and wanted to write me up, but at the last moment he got a call on his radio and had to take off! sweet deal for me! But i actually kinda wanted the ticket to put it on my fridge. For your reading enjoyment i'll put the background of Jaywalking and what it really means....

The word jaywalker is able to be traced back to 1917, though it may have been in use as early as 1900. It is generally considered to have originated in the United States, possibly from the city of Boston. It is a compound word of the words jay and walk; in this context, jay is used in the obsolete slang sense, referring to a stupid or dull person, or a rube, i.e. someone from a rural area and not familiar with "city ways". At the time, vehicles and traffic signals were a new concept, gaining popularity in the larger cities, so this term would have been used to describe newcomers who were unfamiliar with these recent developments and by extension, to ridicule people who behaved like newcomers but should have known better.

Hey guys! Well, just wanted to post something that has been on my mind lately. I've found a way to go to graduate school no matter what! Yes, even if i'm married, and pennyless there is a way. After discussing it with my computer networking teacher (bro. Armstrong) he has listed a few options.

Option #1:

Do an internship for a company called "Novell". They are a company that have been gobbling up BYU-I students for interships. While working their and gaining experience, they offer to pay for your Masters Degree! As well as a monthly check. The only down side is that by them doing that they would expect you to work for them for several years and they are mostly stationed in Salt Lake City (not exactly where i want to live).

Option #2:

And then there is ISU (Idaho State University). Positioned in Pocatello. Brother Armstrong was saying that they work with the government and any students that are in the Information Systems area and working on getting a MBA qualify for up to a $2000 stipend a month for working on their projects while at the same time having this meet the requirments for a Masters Degree. Then it is likely that you would get a job with the Federal Government! The only down side i see to this is I would have no idea where in the US i would be working.
Options options! I guess i will not really know what will happen for a while!

This picture is of us at a pizza place. We went there for Tims birthday(her FHE brother). I walked away from the table because i saw a old friend and by the time i got back they had placed several surgar packets inside my water! I tasted it and everyone was dissapointed that i didnt make a weird face.....instead i told them that i liked it!

This is our sad and hungry faces. It took 2 hours to get our food! They messed up the orders several times. So they gave us a discount on the meal and free desserts! It only costed 5 or 6 dollars for both of us to eat! Nice deal!
